B5. Location Notes

This panel relates to the second half of G Currie's description from 2007. This panel was looked for, but was not located in the field. The grid reference is not located within the same field as the initially described record (Lurgan 8, ScRAP ID: 2209, Canmore ID: 314682), so an extensive search of rocks at the end of the field closest to the given NGR was undertaken, however, no panel matching the description was located. In addition, 160m was walked to the E (guided by GPS navigation) from Lurgan 8, but again, the panel was not located.

NN 81598 50219 [NN85SW 81] In the same field and 160m E of the above, a stretch of exposed bedrock bears one cup mark.
