This rock sits on an E facing undulating spur between two straths looking towards the Cromarty Firth and the Sutors. It is located 110m E of a stone dyke, with a medieval farmstead lying 100m to the SE. It lies in rough grazing and is part of the Drumore Scheduled group of cup marked rocks.

This rock is roughly rectangular, tapering on the E edge. There is one cup shaped depression on the highest point of the rock which is almost certainly a natural feature. The rock slopes away on all sides from this cup mark.
