B5. Location Notes

This panel is on a S facing sloping hillside with has extensive views S, above a long hollow, possibly an old stream bed. It is located 100m E of a track to the col before Cioch Mhor, and 800m from the river Sgitheach. Another panel is 100m to the west , and field systems are 1000m west. It is part of a group of cup-marked stones recorded as Canmore 12923.

C5. Panel Notes

This panel is a low-lying irregular, elongated shaped outcrop of hard and medium grained metamorphic mica schist, measuring approximately 1.7m x 0.7 m, and almost flush with the ground. The upper surface is smooth and almost flat, sloping very gently to the S. There are 7 cups, 6 of which form a distinct linear alignment along the long axis of the rock, leading to its N edge.
